A combination of the No Power and No Extractor Variants, this Recycler is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
Is not actual EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, it's called 'story'. Might be so in special DLL powered maps.

Because no Extractor exists, the Fat Boy Recycler's Service Pylons and Scrapper Recycler's Hover Scavengers are included.
