The Scions wanted to experiment with ISDF style power generation, this is the result.

Scions buildings cost slightly less scrap as lungs are not included. Power is supplied by and ISDF style Power Generator. Because of careful work in the conversion, the Scion's ability to ignore adjacency requirements remains. The lungs power circuits have been replaced with internal power catchers like those of the ISDF Communications Bunker and QF P.Catcher. These new circuits cannot be independently destroyed.
