I am guessing you are using a laptop, no?
In any case, there is a setting in the gameprefs.ini file under addon/config that will allow you to change what key opens the console. You must find this line and copy it into the file localprefs.ini and edit it there. (You do not edit gameprefs.ini, but you do use it to find what you want to change and use localprefs.ini to make that change.)
Now, another option is to go to your system's Device Manager and find the entry for an 'IR' device (this could be IR Remote, Home IR Remote, or some other such name) and disable it. In my case, this cannot be disabled and must be uninstalled, but it re-installs itself on both reboot or even after re-opening the laptop so I must be sure to select the option *not* to reboot after uninstalling it if I do this.
You might be able to find a lot more information online on this issue by searching for " IR Remote tilde". This issue effects many games and I am unsure why it was not long ago resolved by the manufacturers of such devices or their software.

I found something about the console key which is: " ToggleConsoleKey = " Can i just place "~ " Or do i have to do it in a different way?
P.S Sorry for my bad english.
Hmmm. A thought I just had is that the key that bz2 is looking for might not be the correct key code for '~' because you might be using a foreign keyboard.
The gameprefs.ini file should list a series of options for what to place after 'ToggleConsoleKey = ', read the comments in the file and once you find the one you need, copy that line with the new key code into localprefs.ini
As I am posting from work, I cannot check my Battlezone II install, but I know that you would indeed not write '~' but instead the keycode which if I recall correctly is some form of HEX. If you are still having this issue and I am home, I can look at my game and see how to format the keycode.
